Do I have the right to select the Auto Body shop that will estimate my vehicle?

Yes. Unfortunately, going to a drive-in claims center is like going to court without a lawyer. You may not know what you are entitled to, but we sure do. No matter who your insurance carrier is we recommend leaving the car with us and we will negotiate on your behalf in order to have the vehicle fixed PROPERLY.

Do I really need to go to a body shop on the insurance company’s preferred list?

No. You can take your vehicle where ever you feel comfortable. In fact, it is against New York’s law for your insurance company to force you to get your car fixed at a specific location.
